Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore (SG Clean)

The Hotel is lovely but be prepared to be invaded by unruly and rude naughty children from privileged families. Parents never look up from their phones while their children create havoc and scream wherever they are in including the restaurants.

We recently stayed at the hotel and cannot be happier with our first experience at the Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa. We booked the hotel by pure luck and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, premises, food, activities and all the amenities. The staff were all lovely and very accomodating to our requests ( particularly our kids needs). The hotel and rooms are well maintained and well stocked. The entertainment and daily activities are fun and varied. The buffet has a huge variety of food, from Western to Indian to Asian, great salad/sushi/oyster bar and a very well catered Kids Zone. The pool area is great for both kids and adults and there is plenty of lifesavers on duty. We will definitely go back and can recommend to friends and family.

They wouldn't put my luggage in the room, it was dangerous because a staff member with large luggage got into the elevator with my child, and there were other complaints about this hotel.

Enjoyed our few days at this resort. The room was large with a great balcony overlooking the pool. A beach bag and beach slippers are provided. The pool was great. Lots of activities for those that want it and a quiet zone for adults. The beach and sea looked ok but being from the Caribbean, I passed on the sea. The food at the pool bar was delicious, main restaurant was also very good. Found the buffet too expensive for us but there was certainly a lot of choice - if you can eat that much. We just did a la carte which was great. We appreciated an adult area for breakfast and enjoyed quite a spread there and peace. There were a lot of children at the resort. Its a great resort for kids with many facilities designed for them. Self laundry facilities are provided which includes detergent free of charge.

Our stay was simply great as kids really indulged themselves in the activities. Facilities were one of the best in Singapore. Staff is super friendly and caring. We will go again.

Stayed here twice now and can honestly say it was better in 2019. This time our room smelt like mould and it took us several days to get it rectified (they ended up moving us to another room which was great. The staff were attentive and friendly. The kids loved the pool but the hotel is ready for a bit of TLC as its getting a bit tired.
