Incredibly clean. Great location for mrt to and from the airport. Pool good for kids at end of day. Reception team highly approachable. Will stay there again for sure.

The junior suite room is so spacious and well enough for family of 3 comes with 2 separate bathroom , the room are so clean and feels like a 5 star hotel ,location are perfect walking distance from bencoleen train station

The location of this hotel is very convenient and the surrounding is nice; however, the hotel is overpriced and its service is disappointed. My family and I stayed 4nights, we saw cockroaches in bathroom and had no refill of toilet papers and shower gel after room service. Also we had to ask for a replaced hair dryer because the original one was with melted surface.

Had a great staycay here with the kids. Walking distance to MRT, attractions, eateries. Large family room with king 2 singles was perfect for my family with 3 teenagers

The hotel has good rooms and beds. The service level is very low. No room service in the hotel. Tried to get help to book a taxi with a child seat but they couldn’t help (we did it ourself online in 5 min.). No help with request before arrival. bad English skills at reception.
