Conveniently located a few steps from Bencoolen MRT station. Room is tiny for a family of 4 but is good value for Singapore.

Staff was really good and helpful. After a long hot day a swim in a pool was relaxing. The only thing I want to add is , cleaning everyday would be nice specially when you are staying for 2 nights and with kids. ;) but this is just a suggestion. Overall love it.. Preet

Hotel staffs r very friendly and nice. Rooms r clean and my whole family booked two rooms for whole week. We like the location and enjoyed our stay. ❤️❤️👍👍

Sound travels easily between the room and hallways. Screaming and crying kids at any time of the day and night. Also had someone constantly singing in the hallways. It was impossible to get a good nights rest.

The hotel is very small for 4 people even though I booked a family room, no place to move around. Bedsheets not clean and have marked on it. Not a comfortable hotel. Will not recommend to stay in this hotel!

I had a good stay. I love the hotel condition and location to all major attraction, food court, hawker centre, temples and shopping. Unfortunately the bed is too hard for me and I have a group on tour on my floor, kids running and screaming along the corridor.
