This is a really nice resort but 5 star is a bit of a stretch. The lobby and gardens are beautiful, rooms and some of the interiors are very nice, but not amazing. Restaurant food was ok. It’s worth noting that this is primarily an all-inclusive focused family resort, so not the best choice for a solo traveler. The staff, of course, were amazing (it’s Bali). Nothing really negative, it’s a very nice resort just not quite the 5 star level for me. If you’re looking for luxury it’s not quite the right bit of Nusa Dua either.

Great staff. Shoutout to Risma and Annie at the Kitchen Restaurant and Aguun from the front desk. All made us felt like family and very welcoming.

Staff amazing our room was the junior suite so spacious we had suite 8131 pool view and ground floor loved it.

Hotel , rooms and food are good … no for solo travel… more family friendly no walkable and stores around and wifi not working at all …
