Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort - CHSE Certified

Very good resort for resting with family.

Beautiful, luxurious, walk from the beach, water activities are easily available. There’s also a pool and a lot of activities for kids. The breakfast was an amazing buffet, so many options. It’s a pretty busy hotel though if you are looking for more privacy.

We stayed as a family of three with a toddler and were extremely happy with the main pool, kids water area, open manicured gardens and pathways in and around the resort and along the beach. Our one bedroom was large and very clean which was ideal for all sharing the same space - we loved the balcony with pool views and swinging chair. All staff were so lovely and welcoming. A special thank you to the morning staff that were quick to assist us and our toddler at the buffet breakfast and an extra special thank you to Eka who looked after our son at the childcare and also a couple of evenings of babysitting - we felt very comfortable that our child was in good care. The Italian restaurant and the buffet breakfast were highly enjoyable. Our only slight negative comment is that the other resort dining options were heavy on Western food (and very Mexican dish skewed) menus and the quality wasn't as good as expected.

Great resort for family visit, very friendly and helpful stuff.

We travelled as a family of 5 and had connecting rooms. Rooms felt a little tired and in need of upgrading. Overall the hotel resort was lovely with lots of activities for children/family.

I believe this is the best holiday we’ve ever had. It wasn’t one single thing, but a combination of everything that made the Sofitel Bali so amazing. The service was the best I’ve ever encountered anywhere in the world. Aaaand that is saying a lot. I want to remark Lydia the manager is amazing at her position. We also had a great experience with Noah. They really went above and beyond to make our time with them wonderful. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast. We stayed in the Villa and had club access. The breakfast at the club was good especially the almond croissants, but the buffet breakfast was life altering. We have arrived back in New York, and my family still talking about the noodle station. Sofitel’s pastry is better than in Paris. We also had a wonderful experience at the Manarai beach house during the day. It was a really entertaining experience and the food was yummy. The pool bar was also superb. I highly recommend the fresh coconut. We enjoyed massages on the beach which were very nice. I asked for extra pressure and my therapist did not disappoint. But what we enjoyed most was our villa. It was really nice to have the privacy of your own pool. Although, it is high season it didn’t feel over crowded. Always very personal attention by the entire staff. Tangkas at the bell service desk was genuinely kind and very helpful. It’s all the details that make this resort so very special.

I recently stayed here with my husband and two young children and had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, the dining options are great and the service was amazing. The staff really going above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay.

We had an excellent stay at Sofitel. Our room was amazing, beachfront and close to everything. Food was good, breakfast needs improving a little, plenty of selection but we found we struggled with what to eat. Cucina's was amazing highly recommend the beef cheek. The beach club was great, the swim up bar pool at the back was beautiful and cool on a hot day. We didn't like the main sofitel pool, seemed dirty and water was murky. Pool bar could use a new cocktail menu using ACTUAL fruit and not just syrup - that was disappointing for a Sofitel. Kids club was... ok, a tad boring for older kids. All in all, we had a great stay. Just a few little things need improving to make it a 10/10.

so, when you arrive on gated area where there are 5 star hotels lined up, you expect to be impressed and this hotel made the impact straight away, we were greeted warmly and showed around the hotel whilst our room was being prepared (came around 11am and got our room at 12). The staff is amazing there, in the pool area, lobby, reception, spa, gym, kids club, all around, we couldn't ask for more on our trip. We will be back next year as the Nusa Due beach and Sofitel hotel made such a impact for us.

Great hotel with all the facilities for the family, great pool and very cose to the beach. Room is very clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent with heaps of choices for western, asian and Indonesian foods. My only criticism on the food is the Indonesian desserts are sub standards, a bit odd for a 5 star hotel.
