Suites & Villas at Sofitel Bali - CHSE Certified

Beautiful suite right in front of the beach and next to the kid's club, perfect for families. However, the steps to the tub in the bedroom tripped all of us up multiple times, especially at night. Another thing is that the curtains, while opaque, do not close off the windows entirely and streams of sunlight pierced through every morning, waking us all up at 6am on a holiday. Food quality at the main restaurants was not great and portions were small for the price. Nevertheless, room service breakfast was excellent, and much better quality than in the club room or at the signature restaurant. Service was exceptional, with staff quick to respond and always friendly. They are also very helpful, and helped me locate and recover my lost items threw times ( blame mom brain). Massage at the spa was one of the best I've had in Bali over the many years, but the spa itself is rather basic, without any extra amenities that other 5-star hotel spas have.

Very nice resort with great facilities. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating, the only let down was we booked transport from airport to the hotel but no one showed up and was a very stressful experience with a tired and restless baby and toddler in the heat we end up having to get a taxi. Overall the food was great but not much options for kids, i would return when the kids are a bit older.

We stayed at the private suite with its own pool and we absolutely loved the experience. The kids enjoyed the morning dip in the private pool before taking their swimming out to one of the many pools sprawled across the resort. Hotel staff and service was one of the best we've experienced. The breakfast was superb, carrying every thing imaginable. The hotel went above and beyond to cater to our needs, including an amazing departure experience - we checked out at 12pm but the entire hotel facilities were accessible through the day. Highly recommended.

Our holiday experience at Sofitel Bali was beyond our expectation (2 adults, 2 children aged 8 and 10). We stayed 8 nights. The staff across the hotel were very friendly and professional, all areas were super clean, food was magnificent and top quality with many options available. There were several pool options and the hotel was not at all crowded. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Location was in a quiet area of Bali which is what we enjoy as a family. The butler service was a lovely bonus. The Club Millésime was wonderful and peaceful and we enjoyed both breakfast and afternoon tea there. Our family walked away totally relaxed! We want to come back!

While the stay was ok (several hiccups along the way including a suite with no wardrobe, minimal lighting, kids club that removes all toys several hours before it closes it's doors, numerous kids complaining of blisters on their feet from the kids pool slide) the most significant issue wa s
