Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa, an IHG Hotel - CHSE Certified

Staff was excellent. I felt like a VIP. I did prepay all the breakfast for two even though I was a solo traveller and never got to use any of the breakfast voucher. The experience there was to please and I love it. I got the 'facing pool' room as an upgrade but all the kids were noisy in the pool all day round and the walls are thin. If not for my sleepleasneas, it could have been perfect. Great experience nonetheless. The swarm of bug ugly mozzies and flies attacking me was in royal Austrians and u left with a bad taste in my mouth from there. Separate post though. This hotel is 5 stars to me with attentive and personable staff, even if they got my name wrong

Highly recommend this resort for families with children. The kids pool and kids club were fantastic. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to cater for our needs. They offered a personalised experience. We stayed in a standard king room which was above our expectations. The room was spacious and offered a partial ocean view. It was well kept however housekeeping needs to work on their attentiveness. The floors were not clean and our sheets were not changed at all. Breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from. The standard menu was affordable but repetitive for a week long stay. The pools were nicely set up however there is not enough sun loungers and hard to get. The pools need immediate maintenance. There were a lot of missing tiles and patch up jobs. Four kids cut themselves and needed first aid. The upkeep of the pools was disappointing. Wifi was fast and had connection throughout the resort, even in the pool. The spa was a luxurious experience, highly recommended. Overall, to sum up our stay in key words - above our expectations, highly recommended for young families, excellent staff, would stay there again, spruce up the menu, fix the pools.

The staff is beyond friendly. They know you by name and make all your wish come true. I got a special breakfast every morning and they will make sure you’re happy and satisfied. Great kids Club! Especially Indiana was taken good care of our child and she loved her. Great Pool area, beach and very nice restaurants. They have theme nights almost every night so you don’t necessarily need to leave the resort for dinner. Short drive from Bali Collection and they have shuttle bus taking you there. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Resort was excellent and staff were very accommodating for all of our needs. Would definitely recommend as a resort for all families staying in Nusa Dua.

Holiday Inn is definetly a good place to stay especially for kids there is kids pool to have fun,loved the hospitality and the staff were very kind and lovely and service was very good.couple of activities to do around.Definetly recommended this place to stay,and food was also good.Thanks to staff for making our stay memorable.

My family (of 3) just had an amazing 8-day stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua. Location, facilities, activities, buffet breakfast all amazing. Most of all - the staff ...all the staff are outstanding! Nothing is difficult or hard for them. Every request duly considered and most often, granted. You have not even thought about it but they will give it to you already or will ask you if you need anything. Our room was located on the top floor but on the 2nd day they upgraded us to an ocean view room because they are doing some minor maintenance work on the top floor. Before arrival they contacted us already to ask what the trip is for, any dietary requirements etc. Response - prompt, courteous and kind. Highly recommended especially for families with young kids.

It was a great stay. The place is beautiful. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The bar lounge was cozy. Food was a little long but beverages were fast. Pool is majestic but a little noisy with kids. I took the ocean front view and that was SOOOO worth it. it was a beautiful and calm in my room.

We had a great stay at holiday inn Nusa dua, the staff were friendly, it was clean and felt safe. The breakfast was amazing!! We had dinner included which was good but it did take a long time to get dinner and with kids a hour and a half wait can be difficult, the food was tasty, there were limited options as being out of stock of a few menu items daily.

Holiday Inn is an amazing resort, faniky friendly amd the stuff are the best 👌 The only downside is the food options, very poor choices and limited menu. We stayed 12 days and we could not wat anythign at the resort except for the breakfast. The service was amazing Kids club dont tack kids under 4 years old. And for our 2 years old we had to book a Babysitter per hour. Babysitter must be booked 24 hiurs in advance which is not convenient. Thank you Holiday Inn

We had wonderful stay. The staff was great and very helpful. We had an issue with our room shower but they helped us to change room. Excellent hotel to say with kids. Thank you!
