Our 2nd time staying here on a family trip and it was great again. Large room with 2 queen beds - reasonably priced for the excellent location. Staff was friendly and accommodating, would stay here again.

Room was nice and big and a good fit for our family. Slow response times with requests. The toilet seat needed to be fixed but took two times to ask the front desk to send someone. Room has water stains near for front of the door, as if there was a leak from above at some point. Bathroom smelled like urine and couldn’t get the smell out for our time there. Room needs to be reconditioned.

Great customer service and welcoming staff, special kudos for Romeo and Sam👍 the property is close or 10-20 minutes drive for most of the great places in New York. Our two queen bedroom was clean and big enough for 5 people(with our kids). We loved our stay.

The bell men were amazing but the front desk people not friendly to anyone they act like they hate their jobs. Rooms are ok but bed mattresses are not comfortable at all. Location is good not a bad area with family.

The Fifty Sonesta was a great place for our family of 5 to stay. Room was a great size and clean. Smileh and Sam at the door were fantastic and really made our stay extra enjoyable!

I was surprised to see bed bugs .. I have told the front desk manager and she was very rude to me about that I wise not happy about the experience I had .. haven’t been in NY in years and that’s not what I was expecting.. my kids were very disappointed.. never again in that hotel…

We were told we’d receive two nights free due to the air conditioning not working in our room. They had to switch our room due to it being too hot and our infant getting heat rashes.

I didnt like the room I was given with no window and smaller than it should had been , was traveling with kids, I have stayed here before in much larger rooms
