2nd time staying here with the family. Great location, staff was nice but unfortunately they were short staffed in housekeeping. We weren't able to get housekeeping service daily but the staff was nice enough to provide whatever we needed (towels).

My family and I had a great stay, coming from California we had no idea what to expect but I was very pleased,very comfortable cozy rooms. Very safe as you need a key card to enter hotel after hours and to access floors. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Everything was well maintained and clean. Staff was very sweet and welcoming I would definitely stay here again

Staff was amazing and took care of us after having to change rooms twice for shower water problems. They comped us free breakfast and was given a joint room for my kids at no charge. Very grateful for their generosity. We would stay there again if we ever get to go back to NY.

It was cleaner than I expected, I was also concerned about safety and walking with my family in the area, but we had no trouble and the staff and others in areas where we ate were so nice and friendly

Aged property, but well maintained. Two night stay on the East side of Manhattan and perfect for a small family stay. We would stay again.

We have a great family vacation in NYC. The service at this hotel was great. Everything we requested they quickly provided and the location was great for our needs. It’s hard for us to find hotels that room 5 so this was great.
