We really liked the location of this hotel and it was clean. Unfortunately a bag with presents in it was taken when were out for the day. We assumed the cleaners lifted it my mistake but an email we were promised by the manager when we spoke to them never arrived and the hotel have ignored my emails since we got home. Shame as we only had good things to say before this happened and had spent a lot of money booking 2 rooms for a family holiday

I was very disappointed about the laundry service. I specifically picked up this location because I was on vacation with the family and we needed to wash our clothes. The laundry was out of order and we couldn't use it. Also the breakfast was not what I expected. I had the experience in the other location in Times Square and it was way better.
