My family and I had a great experience, all the staff were very polite and nice. Close to everything, clean room. I don’t have anything negative to say about this place.

Hotel clean and comfortable. Staff was graet and very accommodating. Great location. I would recommen for any business traveler to NYC! Also, great, safe location for family stays.Many awesome restaurants within walking distance.

Tara was just amazing! She was extremely accommodating to our requests and Very helpful from the moment we stepped in. She got us checked in and on our way to some excellent dinner spots! The rooms were very clean and the staff was very attentive when requests were made. Deliveries were extremely fast and we loved how close this place was to the Empire State Building!! Highly recommend this place for smaller families and couples! Big City, Big name Hotel with a small town feel!!
