Everything went just fine, the place, the location, the staff, cleanliness, etc. Our big BUT is the ventilatory system, I turned the air conditioner off and still heard a ventilation noise, I thought to myself that maybe the machine did not go off completely so I unplugged the air conditioner, but no there was an independent system that goes on the windows or walls of the building and makes a big noise all the time, we rented 3 rooms for a big family and none of us could sleep because of that noise. I may stay again here another time but will make sure they give me a room where you can not hear this noise.

We had to cancel due to issues with family. We found out then that they have a no refund policy. Really, then, not when we booked our stay.

We have booked room for two adults and two kids, one queen bed and sofa/bed but that sofa's is not folding. Staff behavior, they have two buildings by mistake wrong building and back down, at the entrance lady she shouted, that’s very bad experience I have in my USA life.

The property is ok specially our room., but lack of proper facilities like no trolly for our luggage. The morning member of staff is very rude and abrupt to us on arrival not helpful and shouted at us which is a shocking experienced. I will never recommend to any friends or family. We really regretted that we booked in this hotel. Never again.xx

Room was neat with all amenities. We booked room with kitchen as we travelled with kid and it was sooo good for the cost and nearby to many attractions and indian hotels. I will pefer to book here for our future trips as well !!

When staying with teenage children our room was large with two full bathrooms and a kitchenette. The lobby on the north side of 32nd Street-( they’re are 2 entrances across from each other) is small and cramped, but overall a great stay- the hotel rooms have a few nicks in the walls but if you can overlook it. It’s a nice place to stay for the price. The two women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was good about staying at 3232 was the lady at the front desk. She was sweet as could be. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors at all hours. Especially when they are opening and closing their doors to smoke weed/cigarettes in the hall way at 2a.m.. (then you get to smell that in your room) and the kids that checked in the next night and would scream at all hours and run in and out of their room slamming everything around. The hallways reeked of some nasty cleaning agent and gave us a headache. The light in the hallway didn't work nor did the outlet to blow dry your hair in the master bathroom. Their were particles of someone else's mess up the walls in the rooms and bathroom, including dirty hand prints on the ceiling next to the door. I had the worst sleep in the world and the mattress and pillows are straight crap. DO NOT BOOK HERE
