Iberostar 70 Park Avenue

I am a native New Yorker who no longer resides in the city but comes into town for family and business. I love 70 Park Avenue 1) for its location ( 20 minutes to/from LaGuardia) 2) quiet area of the city 3) friendly service 4) very comfortable beds 5) very clean 6) easy Uber Eats 7) easy walking access to everything!

This hotel was godsend after an Airbandb nightmare. Room was sparkling and impeccably clean and much larger than what I was expecting for NYC. It's extremely comfortable in every way with a shiny new bathroom. You can't beat the location, either. Still close to everything, including public transport, but away from the hustle and bustle and noise. My room is on a lower floor overlooking Park Avenue yet I slept like a baby. It's also great safety-wise in case you're a solo traveler. Everyone from reception to the doormen have been very welcoming and kind. As a former New Yorker, this will be my go-to place from now on. I could not have been happier.

Friendly staff. Pet friendly is a plus for us as our fur baby comfort is our top priority. I love their large and clean bathroom. Keep the welcome bottle of wine! Could use in room small coffee maker/ tea. Comfy bed and pillows. Great hotel overall👍

I couldn’t say enough about this hotel, in all the hotels I stay at this hotel is one of the best, the people at the desks are amazing and the bell hop men /door and luggage handlers were great and very helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone who have kids /family. Definitely will stay again , it’s clean and quiet, u would never know ur staying in the city . By staying here .

Great facility and is connected to the convention center. Great beds. Good bathroom. OVerall wonderful place to stay with kids.

1st visit to New York so didn't know where to stay...I chose this hotel as it was mid Manhattan and a decent price. What a good choice!!! Ideal location for seeing the main tourist attractions, friendly helpful staff...that was all of the staff we came across. Lovely and clean, comfortable bed and the view from the room...well it was the back of the hotel, looking onto other properties, but the pearl was a gorgeous view of Empire state building in all her glory....bonus. Only downside for me was the lack of storage in the room for clothes, it could have done with a set of drawers....this was 2 females sharing a room...and not enough room for our stuff. Plus the rooms could do with an update, a little bit dated BUT that is me not picking....would I go back again...hell yes ..would I recommend it to my friends and family...without a doubt.

Experienced staff at the check-in counter. Staff was super friendly & would greet you at the door. Employee’s appeared to enjoy working together. Luggage service was efficient and organized. Luggage drop was perfect for our needs. Staff assisted with taxi and bags. Handicap scooter’s utilized by family members had adequate access to use elevators and navigate to room. King and 2 queen rooms were decorated tastefully and met all our needs. Soaking bathtub was great after a long day. Room was cool and comfortable. Room cleaning service every day. Location was in a coveted area near the subway and 15-20 minute walk to major tourist attractions. Enjoyable experience for our whole family.

Wonderful! We requested early check in because of an early family wedding. The staff accommodated us and we were on time, with assistance at every turn. Will definitely return.

I love this hotel. The look and feel of it. The rooms have all been extremely comfortable. And the location is terrific. Easy to walk to family, for shopping etc. but “away from the maddening crowds”! I am an ex-New Yorker ( born and raised there). I married and moved to Washington DC, then to Michigan but continue to visit my brother who lives 2 blocks away from the hotel. Whether for work or family, this is the hotel I most prefer. Margo Judge
