Check in wasnt great. We arrived at 3pm for 3pm check in but room wasnt ready until 3.45pm. was tricky with 2x young kids having travelled since 4am. The friday night there was construction work occuring across the street until 11pm which was a bit strange, not much the hotel can do about this. 1 of the 4 mornings there was breakfast available in the form of muffins but the other days it was just coffee. Room was clean and cleaned every day, cleaning staff were very accomodating and did a great job. Location is really good, across the road from subway station and Westville Hudson is an excellent kid friendly reasonable restaurant few hundred meteres away.

Pros: Great location. Close to subway (especially the 1) and walking distance to Greenwich Village. Easy to get anywhere in the city. Free coffee. Clean. Not huge but decent size for NYC. Restaurant downstairs was very good. Cons: Walls thin—only a problem one night but that night a family appeared to have multiple rooms on our floor and they were in and out and very loud. Housekeeping was fine and things were clean but they would forget to replenish things (coffee pods, mat for bathroom, etc). Not a huge deal (I went downstairs to get them and staff was very accommodating). Overall I would stay here again.

We spent 4 days there over a long weekend as a family of 4 in a double queen room. They were able to accommodate our room location preference. We were in the back on a lower floor for less street noise and not deal with the elevator (the view wasn’t important to us but they do have high rooms with views). AC worked well. Front desk was very helpful. Morning coffee in the lobby was pretty good and very convenient. The mattresses and bedding were very comfortable and clean. Hall noise wasn’t too bad either bc even tho walls and doors are thin-ish there are very few rooms per floor to have much foot traffic. Location is great near the Village and soho. Also near subway and lots of food options.
