La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando UCF

Me and my family were there for 3 nights. 2 out of the 3 nights we were abruptly woken up by the fire alarm on night one at 1am (evacuation required) and then on night two at 3am...so two of the worst nights sleep at any Hotel in all my 58 years.

Amazing stay, will be recommending to family and friends.

Wow! Surprise of how nice, clean and beautiful this hotel is. From amazing staff, room, breakfast, ggym etc. We had a great time. There. We will let all our friends and family know about La Quinta Inn. Wonderful!

It was a nice place. The suite we got was clean with only a few problems. The fold out bed didn't include a blanket. We had a fitted sheet and pillow and just a regular sheet. Th. A\C in the bedroom area of the suite didn't do anything but pump warm air so the A\C in the living room had to double time it. Not really the hotels fault, but the screaming kids running up and down the hall way at midnight didn't add to the ambiance.

After getting room assigned well ahead of time. On arrival at check-in time they made me sign the paper with the assigned room but when I received the keys it was for different room. The front desk person ALEXA was terrible. She was rude and had a questionable attitude. She offered to cancel my reservation when I asked why she gave different room keys. The other manager tried to justify her actions until I pointed out how they made me sign the sheet for a different room and get keys for different room. They made me wait over an hour after check-in time to get my room. In the night I noticed the AC Was not working. When I reported it to front desk that person said they are busy with elevator issue and will handle my AC issue afterwards. They never followed up and let my family suffernt without AC!

We stayed while moving a child out of the dorms. Room was clean and quiet. All was well!

Great hotel to stay at when visiting my children at UCF.

This property is not family, friendly and definitely dangerous lots of drug use around the area and at the property

We booked this room for 4 people which is why we requested the suite and paid more for this. The pullout sofa was basically a twin so ine of our childrem slept on the floor. They did provide us another blanket but still dont think we got what we paid for

I was only here for one night with family. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping just about 2 miles from the hotel. The room was very nice and clean, the hotel itself was very quiet and the employees were very professional and accommodating.
