Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando/East UCF Area

This hotel was nice, and my family enjoyed our stay there.

It was nice for a short family trip.

I've stayed at this hotel before. The staff has always been kind, responsive and the breakfast is fine especially if traveling with family. Plus, it's very conveniently located. That said, I realize that Hampton Inn is more of a budget hotel in the Hilton line, but as a Hilton hotel I just still expect it to be a bit cleaner. The beds were nicely made, but the rug didn't appear to have been vacuumed or at least not vacuumed well. The bathroom was NOT ok. There was a lot of hair, long ones wrapped around the shampoo/conditioner dispensers and pubic here in the tub and floors. Very gross. The sink stopper was stuck in the drain. Therefore, it was difficult to use sink since water would not drain properly. I would like to see them do better.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past and would probably again in the future. It works for what I need. The staff has always been great -- friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. The hotel itself is not bad, however I did notice in prior stays and now again that perhaps the rooms can use a little TLC. On every stay I've noticed the AC units are loud. Last time we had a leak in our room. This time the shower curtain was torn. The security latch on the door did not work. I've stayed a numerous Hilton hotels over the years and they tend to be known for comfortable bedding, but the beds in this hotel are a bit hard. I think it's just an older property. But like I said, I probably would stay again. Oh the breakfast is good, especially if you have little kids.

We have stayed here before. Great location. The bedroom/family area separation is great. Room is perfect set up. Everything in the hotel is clean.

Air conditioner didn’t work. It was so loud. Like a freight train. Couldn’t hear the baby sized television. And couldn’t sleep. The window was also miniature and opened to a view of air conditioning units. I told the front desk upon checkout about my disappointment. They said they would have offered me a discounted rate, but I had booked through Expedia so they couldn’t give me a discount. Ugh

This property was so accommodating. Our large family needed a place to bring luggage early in the day and sort out after coming off a cruise. The staff was so wonderful and helpful.

Great experience, Great service. My only two concern is the room was too small for a family of 4 with two teenagers, and in the morning hours the employees need to be quieter doing their job, especially with the radio they use for communication, it's very loud. otherwise, this hotel is great.

I stayed for my daughter’s UCF graduation and a Disney trip and the staff was kind letting us check in late and made nice conversation when I arrived, also congratulating me on the events. The breakfast was good and area clean and cheerful. I’d recommend this hotel to any UCF families looking for a place to stay.

I loved everything! The rooms were spacious, modern and clean, plenty of parking and entrances near your room. Pool is beautiful! Staff was wonderful! Polite, inviting, helpful and accommodating. Especially Chris at the front desk who put me and my sister’s rooms next to each other. Thank you Chris! You are exceptional! Very informative, polite, welcoming and so helpful. My family lives down there so I’ll be there again and will be staying here!! A couple of things I wish you had is decaf tea and Splenda. I always bring my own but forgot mine in the room going to breakfast. Maybe next time you will have it. Thank you for the perfect place to stay!!
