Prior to checking in, around 3.00 pm, I phoned the hotel to make sure they had us down for two rooms that were connecting. They stated they couldn’t do that because they were booked. I said no one has checked in yet because it’s an hour prior to checkin so they should be able to accommodate the request. We had two adults and three minor children. That should be a priority when a customer requests connecting rooms over someone who is there in a single room. There were a few families on our floor that had minor children with rooms across the hall instead of connecting rooms next door. Our neighbors (in the connecting room) had young children that were seemingly left alone in their room until about 1:45 am. Their TV was very loud with cartoons, I called the front desk and they sent a Security guard to tell them to lower it. No one answered the door, and then they tried to phone the room which we could hear loud and clear, and no one answered the phone. I could hear children playing and talking in the room the whole time. They sounded under the age of 5. Around 1:45 am a man entered the room who was also very loud and the kids were thrilled that he was back. We heard every word. No one from the hotel tried more than knocking or calling the room. Thank goodness nothing happened to those children.
The senior staff was very rude even though they were clearly training a new hire.
Each of our rooms only were given two towels. Double queens. This wasn’t Hilton quality.

Not my first time staying; location is very convenient to family living in area. Always happy with hotel. The only problem this time staying was the toilet kept running during middle of night but I'm sure maintenance would have repaired if not an inconvenient time to have them arrive

No fridge in the room, it was loud kids running up and down the hallway. My shower didn't have cold water, but it was fixed the next day.

We called prior to arriving to ask if we could check in and get our keys prior to 3pm, with no need to go into the room, because we would be going straight to a family gathering. We were told yes, however upon arriving we were not allowed to do so.
This was only an inconvenience but cost us an hour and a half travel into town that we could have avoided.

The location is very convenient to UCF. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The property was nice and over all in good condition - except for the fact that several elevators were not working (this of course provided ample covid-spreading opportunities as people crammed in the one working elevator). The staff was very nice, especially Britany the bartender. We had the breakfast buffet and it was pretty good - especially the omelets made to order - but it was a bit pricey and the food and coffee just didn't seem hot enough. Also - there is a free membership for UCF families where you can get 25% off, so it's well worth signing up for if you are going to be making multiple trips to the area.

This Hotel was centrally located for our visit with family. The food was good and met our expectations. The only thing that occurred that was disconcerting was the fire alarm went off at 7:30 in the morning. Of course we evacuated and waited to get the all clear. Fire trucks came and left with no fire or smoke. We received a complementary breakfast the next morning. I am assuming that was our payback for the inconvenience. It was appreciated. The room met our expectations as did all other aspects of our stayu.

I stayed here to bring my kids to a UCF music camp. Those warm cookies they give you at check-in are no joke - delicious!!! I grabbed a burger at The Study located inside of the hotel which was recommended by the friendly bartender and was pretty good, but the fries were amazing. Complimentary bottled water, free wi-fi, free parking. The location was just a bit tricky as it was located behind other buildings (Starbucks, etc), but I had really nice stay overall and was happy that the UCF department I needed to get to was very close.

I urgently came to visit my daughter for a few days to celebrate her birthday. To my surprise, this hotel was most definitely not in shape for her to be happy about. For a large payment for 2 days, I was not satisfied with this outcome. I did not want to raise a large issue for my family so avoided as much problem possible. I hope that they will do a better job next time.
