Best Western Plus Orlando East- UCF Area 

Very clean and family friendly hotel. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room was super clean. Great staff, and they even give breakfast. The price is super fair. 10 points!! Everything is close by.

What I liked about it was the convenience of it being near everything that I needed, and close to where we were visiting family. What I didn't like was that the premises was easy to pass by because of a sign not visible out in the front of it to let you know that they were right there on the corner. I will book again because of the convenience.

Rented a room for 5 people tonight, two adults and three children on the way to the space center. The room was musty, had bugs in bathroom, visible stains on the side of the mattress. Hotel only had towels available for 3 people, so two had to resuse wet towels. Missing linens for pull out sofa, asked for some at check in around 10 pm. We only recieved a partial set at 11:30, and only after following up three times. The kids are tired, wanting to sleep, but no sheets or linens for a confirmed reservation for 5? I've never experienced this before, it really screwed up a needed night of rest during our vacation. I would add photos, but app not letting me.

Stayed here for two nights and it was the worst hotel experience ever.. the bounce house in the front was extremely loud at night and also the cars at night that sound like they are racing were so noisy. The walls of the hotel are like paper thin and you could hear whole conversations at 2am in the morning. I complained the first night and the hotel staff was nice enough to get them under control but the 2nd night I didn’t even bother complaining again and they were cursing out loud in which sounded like they were on the phone. The only positive that I have is the lady at the breakfast place she was extremely nice and attentive and we really appreciated her for being so kind to my family.

Excellent experience. Stayed with family for UCF event. Close to campus, staff super helpful! Breakfast was good and Carmen, staff in charged of breakfast was great!!! Reception was very helpful and accommodating of our needs!!! Will definitely stay here again!

There was a big group of kids playing very hard in the pool, and diving , my family and I had to go because it was a terrible situation, grown people drinking in the pool deck ( watching their kids ?) Not enough towels Terrible experience

Customer service was amazing. Everything was great and up to expectation. The breakfast was okay and decent with minimal option. The only downside I would say is that the pull out couch was not up to par in terms of new/clean bedding sheets. We were a family of five traveling and the pull-out couch would have been amazing for more space. But we made it work. The toilet seat creaked badly. Overall the stay was nice the room was spacious and the staff was amazing. The price was affordable.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was large and clean. This will be my go to when in town to visit family.

Staff were polite and friendly. Room looked new except for the big hole in the wall behind the door. There were hairs in the one bed (maybe the maids, I hope). There were toenail clippings on the floor, I guess it wasn't vacuumed too well. Water pressure in show was very, very weak.
