The services has been dropped and not as before TV was not working the whole time and I reported it but no support My luggage after check out were left on the street and no one load them in the car After long day and all my family members are tired we went to the room to be surprised that keys are not working and we had to wait for 20 min do someone can bring us new keys

The food we struggled with. But maybe we are fussy as it was a 4 star. But there were only really 2 restaurants. a pool type lunch spot and a buffet. We were told we could use the Japanese restaurant at check in but when we tried to book there was no space and also it was not included in half board. for the kids on the half board lunch menu they only liked the fish fingers and there was only so many times they could eat the same meal (they ate this 5 times!) service there was very good, main meals were ok but even i got sick of the same dishes and desserts as there were not many options to choose from. the buffet in the evening was awful. but the chefs again helped and made us something custom. we only ate there once. breakfast was great. close to the theme parks which is why we stayed there and actually a really nice resort all in all aside from the food. in future i wouldn't do half board, i would only do breakfast and i would eat at Riverland village instead. very close to an outlet mall which was fab spa was ok very good price wise but a little concerning when myself and my daughter (9yrs old) went for a massage they didn't ask us to fill out any forms. but again you get what you pay for maybe? all in all we were happy we went and happy with the price with all theme parks included etc. really good service for the most part everyone tried their best

The first time to be here. We booked a night here for the water park and the firework. It was an amazing night here. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just the check in time is a bit long. The rest is excellent. A great place for kids.

clean hotel . recommended if you visit with family. They have many activities for kids.

Nice, clean rooms (just a little dust in the corners). Very tasty food, lots of different options, even for vegetarians (high risk of over-eating!!). The staff were extremely friendly and nice, nearly all of them paying extra attention to our son! I cannot praise them enough, they all deserve a raise! Good location with walking distance to the different parks (although a buggy was provided to the park entrance area Riverland). Far from city (~1 h) and beach (30 mins) but free shuttle service is provided once a day. We only went to the beach once, just because. Didn't feel the need to go there with lovely pools and games at the resort and Legoland etc next door! A kids pool, family pool and a "lazy river", badminton, volleyball, football, table tennis and a giant Snakes and Ladders game available on site, all of which we enjoyed. I recommend this resort for a family with kids, especially if you have already done the standard City tourist sights or not interested in them. Hope we meet again, Lapita!

Overall my experience was great . The restaurant Hiki was great and very underrated I wish it was showcased more. my issues were with the park access rules , I’ve stayed before and was granted multiple access to the parks during each day but this stay I was only allowed one entry which means if I enter one park and leave to go back to the hotel I can’t access it again. Which is a shame I have an infant with me and we booked 2 night stay to go back and forth during the day to the hotel room to get changed or rest a bit. The one entry was just like if you are spending the day at the park and not a hotel stay. The whole point was to go to the park multiple times a day . Also they limit which park you can go to ! So if you enter legoland day 1 you can enter motion gate until the next day! If you have multiple age groups with you this is a negative! The teens want motion gate and the young children want Legoland . Also legoland closes at 6 so if you want to enter Bollywood or motion gate after that you can’t do that. Because you only get one park entry and one time only. So if you are booking the hotel stay so you can have multiple entry to the parks don’t do it just come spend the day in the park because you won’t be able to come and go as you please.

This is a great hotel. Family oriented. Excellent customer service and cleanliness. Theme parks for the entire family to enjoy. The only issue is that it is far from the city so you spend money on taxi transportation to and from the city especially if you want to enjoy evening activities in the city

Great location to access the dubai parks and resorts. Easy access to Legoland and the water park. Things they could improve on include the opening hours for the children’s pool, avoid wrapping every pool towel in plastic this is a waste is plastic and is a useless measure. The gym is a good size but most of the equipment is tagged as out of order. The breakfast set up is chaotic and doesn’t need the Smurf time of the excessively loud music that accompanies the Smurf.

Beautiful place and so much to do. Really nice pool area. A bit far away from the city, but if you are looking for a place to keep the kids busy and enjoy the hotel premises, this is the place for that.
