Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Waterfront

Firstly upon entrance everything looks nice,tidy etc . But once I got to reception whole perspective changed. I felt an attitude coming from one of the workers if I remember the name “Amid” if not mistaken. I felt some judgement and felt like I was treated as a child. I asked about pricing and when he replied there was no eye contact no nothing as if I’m not even there. Then when arriving to the room to which I booked for two people. I came to a room with amenities and products available only for single person. Nevertheless unfortunately I forgot 4 rings in the room after checkout and shortly after I realised and contacted the hotel but it was unfortunate that they had never been found. Overall experience wasn’t as you would expect for 5 stars in Dubai. As I travel and stay in hotels for longer periods radisson certainly wouldn’t be on my watchlist

Lots of construction and their biggest family room is filthy.

Overall experience was good, friendly staff and spa and swimming was enjoyed by my family.

I booked Radisson Blu waterfront as a last minute, we loved the experience and as we were travelling with a child it was a complete bliss. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety to choose from, am happy that they packed us breakfast to go as we had an early morning flight! the staff were really amazing, took time to ask each day if we are okay and we needed anything, sorry I cannot remember all their names but the whole team was amazing!! I would book here again if I go back to Dubai for sure! Love from Kenya

Terrible dining experience at their Fire Lake restaurant, the staff completely ignored our table, my kids walked away and slept starving as they got tired of endless waiting, not sure on what basis they claim to be a 5 star hotel by providing 1 star experience to their customers.

Someone tried getting in the room using a key that was given to them by front desk, the room was occupied by my daughter and if she didn’t have the security latch on god knows what could have happened, an attempt to speak to the manger was not successful and was given the runaround about his availability….horrible experience, I don’t recommend any female or families stay there, something is not right!!!

Good hotel and staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Amenities were good, the breakfast at The Larder was awesome. My only recommendation is to call to confirm a double bed if you needed. Our trip was with our kids and the hotel did not have a double bed room as I booked. They provided me a full size bed to accommodate my two boys, 11 and 7 years old; they barely fit in the bed. Everything else was very good.

Very disappointed in the room offered although they said we were upgraded to a different room due to gold status. Room was veey small. Smelled like smoke. When asked they send someone to spray the room/carpet with air freshener which irritates our throat all night. We didnt ask for the spray again. Conforter was so small. Can hear noise from next door. Felt like it was a room for kids. Bathroom was terrible as all water came out when showered. Very small barrier to keep water in when showering. With an elderly father i was worried he'd slip and fall trying to get out. Water pooled at the feel when we shower. I asked for a regualr room without the upgraded view which was a small window as well. They said they didnt have any that are different with 2 beds. We stayed in a beautiful larger room with 2 beds a few months ago and thats the reason i paid more to come back here. Very very dissatisfied and disaapointed this time around. This room is more suitable for kids staying in the connecting room to their parents. I've stayed at cheaper budger type hotel with better rooms in Dubai.

The room was good with a good view, the bed was a little small for the family though. The staff was very polite and nice to work with all the time

Wonderful rooms lovely hotel and the price was just right and it was close to the Dubai Mall I will be back soon with my family love it👍
