Grand Millennium Business Bay

A pleasant stay with the family, the hotel is great, and the services provided are special, the staff very respectful, especially Miss Ghafran, Miss Ajmal and Mr. Osama.

Myself and my husband were celebrating my birthday and wedding anniversary and stayed at the Grand Millennium Business Bay from 1st October 2022 - 6th October 2022. The hotel is amazing, clean, and the aroma pumped through the vents is like stepping into an oasis of calm the scent is divine! All Staff are welcoming, warm and very helpful! The pool and pool area is kept clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice and we had a lovely dinner at the newly opened Asia Asia restaurant situated on the 2nd floor. We walked into the room when we checked in where we found a lovely cake wishing me a Happy Birthday and a few days later an wedding anniversary cake was delivered, the staff made us feel very special! Room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels etc, I’d like to give a special shout out to Komang our room attendant, he was so lovely and kind an asset to the hotel, will definitely recommend this hotel for couples, single traveler, families and business.

Amazing customer service from all the hotel staff! Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. It was a nice clean hotel definitely a step up from some other hotels in Dubai! It was a nice area, although there is building work going on around that area at the moment it was a very pleasant area to stay in comparison to a road I stayed at last time I visited Dubai which had unpleasant people and activities around! This was definitely a more professional and family friendly environment hotel and area :) would stay again and opt for the canal view next time even though the city view was very pretty in the morning and night!
