Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers

Came to Dubai on a 4-day weekend and found this Sheraton perfect for my goals. Location was excellent: not far from Dubai airport, right on Creek with amazing views, within short walking distance of water taxi and major Metro stop (Union). Taxis come right up to door, too, of course. You can stay in the hotel all weekend, if you like, hanging out by the pool, or catch a water taxi to the historic old souq, or go further afield to malls, etc. This grande dame of luxury hotels in Dubai (est. 1975) is still in great condition, on prime real estate, and close to heart of city. It offers great rates for families and weekend tourists - unbelievable value. Staff was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved my 4 night stay at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers! The hotel is conveniently located beside the creek which is wonderful for walking at night. On check-in me and my 2 'semi'-adult kids were upgraded to rooms with a view of the creek, which was much appreciated as the views are spectacular, especially at night. The rooms itself were very nice with ample space and the highlight for me was the rain shower head in the bathroom - it was to die for!! However, the daily cleaning of my room could have been better, I wasn't at all impressed with the standard - but that's not to say that the hotel as a whole, is not clean. Transportation around Dubai was easy as there were ample taxi's in front of the hotel which weren't too expensive. As for dining, we ate at 3 of the 4 restaurants in the hotel and the food at all 3 was very good. The only negative comment I would have is the swimming pool. It's rather small and the pool area is slap bang in the middle of a very sunny area. Wasn't a problem for me as we didn't use the pool, but if you like to swim a lot on holiday, then probably not the best pool. All in all, we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again if I am ever back in Dubai.

we love it. our kids enjoy lots. All staff are familiar. Hope we see them soon.
