Service was pathetic. I order milk for my baby at mid night and they refused it by saying that they want only cash at that moment.

There is no kids room available for the play. So kids really gets bored in the hotel. They need to plan one kids room in the future. Rest all is good. Thanks.

When I book this property, I was traveling with my kids and some excursion. I want to do kids not allow on their website they stated that they provide in room babysitter of a surcharge, when I arrive to the hotel and was to go to my excursion at the 360 infinity pool and ask for a babysitter. They said they do not provide that service I ask why is it listed on the website, that is false advertisement I loss the 300 dollars I paid for my excursions because I would have to cancel the 14 days in advance to receive a refund. I was so upset that I end up leave the hotel two days before my check-out date, but the housekeeper I had was very nice, whenever I called down t room service for any amenities or some thing that I want in the room less than five minutes they would be at the door.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future . I will also highly recommend to friends and family.

My Airline changed my flight to the following day and changed the departure time 3 times!. I lost money for not being able to use the room the first night and I only got to enjoy my radisson room at 2.00 am the next night. Basically, lost 2 nights and the front desk couldn't and didn't really do anything to help me even though I've stayed there over 6 times and am a Radisson member...disappointing. They could of at least offered me free breakfast, free massage, or an upgrade to a junior suite. Maybe next time I'll try a different hotel.

After a bad experience nearby we opted for this hotel instead. Clean and comfortable but close to road noise while overlooking creek. Busy and crowded and i had no time to relax here n enjoy at all. We were rushed out to check out and resulted in important items left behind. Despite numerous calls to retrieve them noone called back as promised so looks like all our things are lost 😔 Very unhelpful. Unsure if would rebook... Loud family in room opposite kept us up till 3am n I had work at 5am after sleeping on a very uncomfortable extra z bed more fit for a child . 🙈
