Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Seef

The rooms and hotel interiors and decors are funky and a different variety. The breakfast was nice, not soooo vide spread.. but I loved it. I wouldn’t go stay here with a big family as the rooms are standard. The only problem is being a standard room the toilets are small and tight with small kids. If I go as a couple or small family I would definitely stay here again.

My family spent 3 nights in this hotel (I wasn't there). I heard great things about this hotel, which are: * Great breakfast selection & nice coffee machine * Friendly staff * Beautiful location and full of art I wish I was there :-).

During my stay at Hampton by Hilton Al Seef, I was very disappointed. First, as a business entity the staff should be welcoming and try their best to maintain a positive relationship with the customers. However, in my condition the receptionist were not cooperative as if they don’t want to welcome me and enjoy my stay. Second, no one had informed me or notified me in advance that the swimming pool and restaurant are closed. Therefore, I had to visit the next door hotel to enjoy the 5-star service instead! Third, I would like to bring to your notice that the cleanliness and Hygiene of all staff should be of high standard and priority! Nevertheless, I would like to take the opportunity and appreciate the next door hotel “Canopy By Hilton Al Seef” that warmly welcomed me and my family to enjoy there 5-Star services at the restaurant and swimming pool. Special thanks goes to Mr. Ayman F&B Manager who did his best to comfort me during my breakfast. Thank you!
