Beautiful hotel with beautiful decor. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel special in all manner. Buffet breakfast was super delicious and well organised by the chefs and their team. Housekeeping and hospitality team , valets were one point . I will rate this restaurant no.1 in dubai. Best place to stay in city centre. Our kids and us enjoyed the pool area and bar person and the pool staff was super friendly. Love love loved it overall. Will visit again.

The hotel was good excellent service at the reception and also in an excellent location. We got a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment at the Pullman residence which was a huge plus as we were a family of 5 so the extra space definitely helped.However it's not cleaned properly daily and also the sleeper couch is terribly uncomfortable. Other than that we a good stay.

Worst hotel I ever stayed during our Honeymoon in Dubai. Noisy, as all the walls and window glasses were not sound-proof, which made noises from the road and our neighbors really clear in the midnight. The bathtub was too slippery, the housekeeping staff did not check and refill dental kids, bathrobes, coffee packs accordingly. What even worse was, we even discover a needle pinned in the couch which almost hurt us in the first night of our stay. The only good thing was the convenient location next to the City Centre Shopping Mall, but if you want to take a taxi to the rest of the city, you have to queue for a long time.
