It's not suitable for family vacations. The building is too old, cleanness was poor, has too many lounges/clubs, is noisy, and a lot of people traffic inside the lobby just for 2 elevators. They have a limited buffet breakfast. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The worst hotel I’ve been customer service is very rude outside local people r selling stolen goods n staff don’t say anything there’s more local people inside can’t trust anyone security is very bad stayed there for 9 nights with the family rooms n baths toilets very old i wouldn’t recommend anyone it’s alright for the locals there to live in it

Stay at this property was horrible. The wait for the elevator can be for a good 20-30 mins as its overcrowded. There is a night club downstairs and its very noisy and loud for if you plan to sleep in the night. I had a wooden plank fall on my foot and there is no course of action in case if injury. They sent a secuirty guard with a small kit bag that didnt even have a basic ice pack. There are call girls in and out of the hotel with their business ! Hence this place is not good if you are coming to stay with family

It was a very bad experience for me and my brother's family. The noises and maintenance disturbed our comfort. I will never repeat the experience😤
