Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai

I can honestly say this is a fantastic Hotel. We booked 2 rooms ( 4 adults and 1 child 2 years old). The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. The food is fantastic, the rooms are beautiful and also clean. During our stay the rooms were cleaned everyday. The security is one of the best I've seen at a hotel. We had an amazing stay at this Hotel. I definitely recommend this Hotel!!! Thank you very much

Wonderful and kind Concierge and clean, comfortable, large rooms. Because of these two reasons, I am definitely coming back when staying in Dubai and I have recommended to friends and family who travel to Dubai often!

It is an easy place to stay. Great for families.

Very nice hotel is located in the old section of Dubai. Kind of far from downtown due to traffic and not near the Metro (one kilometer away). Careem was useful to get a taxi. Clean rooms and very good customer service. The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold meals. Numerous Indian restaurants are close by and lots of vegetarian options also. The room was a junior suite with lots of space and a small washer/dryer combo and mini kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel with our 1.5 year old baby for 8 days. It was a great hotel with even more great staff. Everyone was very helpful og very kind, thank you for helping us and making our stay so comfortable and good. We rented a car, and the staff would park the car for us every time we came back to the hotel. The room (apartment) was big and very clean. Room service was always on top. The breakfast varied from day to day, specially the warm dishes, and there were both Arabic, European and Indian style breakfast. It all was very delicious. The pool area was big with a separate baby pool. Both checking in and out was easy and quick. In total the whole stay was one of the best we have tried on a vacation. We will definitely come back to this hotel again. Special thanks to Ammar, Leticia, Roshna and many more for such good service and kindness.
