This the worse place to stay bed has bugs restaurant has roches very smelly room elevator is broken only elevator is working you have to wait long time manager has a attitude problem doesn’t care if you complain expedia need to block them from there listings I was there with my family I had worse experience of my life wasted money and time you will be very sorry if you book here I gurantee you thx

I have regularly stayed here. Unfortunately lately the management has become awful especially the front desk. They do not provide any upgrades or any perks to expedia members who are platinum even though they mention they do. Also for just asking for 1 hr late checkout after they did not updrade room or any perks they blankly now ask for money. Also the lobby has become full of sketchy people during the evening and looks more like a pickup joint. I would recommend this place to families or single women. During my stay police were called for a drunken brawl.

Horrible small hotel, bad smell, some workers were kind but the others no. The electricity was not safe for electricuted badly and I have children who use it as well! Room stinks!!

Hotel checkin was chaotic with people jumping the queues and staff did not step in to manage the queues. There was only one girl checking in and checking out guests. Beware of the mosquitoes in the lounge area! Really Disappointed that hotel charged us for breakfast but did provide the breakfast take out on the day of early checkout at 6:00 am with kids! Room was good size with little kitchenette however we had issues with lights not working which took few attempts to fix. Housekeeping was good but there was never enough complimentary water in room for all the guest. Staff were pleasant and happy to assist when required. Shuttle service to LeMer beach was also good. Location not recommended for relaxing holiday. Area is surrounded by markets, very dusty Definitely not a 4 star hotel….Having stayed in so many hotels and for Dubai standards i would give it 2 stars.

It’s a good stay for 2 days. However the room doesn’t look very clean. Looks old. Bathroom is maintained well though. Bed is big enough for a family of three.
