I recently celebrated my 10th wedding anniversary at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.
Despite communicating in advance about our special occasion and receiving assurances from the hotel staff, the promised anniversary cake was not delivered. This oversight, coupled with the lack of responsiveness from the receptionist, significantly impacted the joyous atmosphere we had hoped to create for this momentous occasion.
While the hotel acknowledges the lapse and has offered an upgrade for a future visit, the overall response doesn't adequately address the disappointment experienced during our stay. A significant occasion was marred, impacting not only our expectations but also the experience for our family who had traveled from the UK and India to join us.
The sincerity of the hotel's commitment to improving service standards remains uncertain. It is disheartening to see such a lapse in what is supposed to be a renowned establishment.
I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for both the hotel management and potential guests considering a stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers.

Absolutely nothing not to like. Staff were amazing with the children. Arrived at 1am and was greeted with a huge smile and fresh mint and lime juice. Ronald even hooked us all up with WIFI on our phones and devices. Absolutely first class establishment and will be coming back soon.

My family and I stayed at the Conrad for a little staycation. It was wonderful and I highly recommend it. Staff at the hotel were amazing. The restaurants at the hotel were amazing.
