The air conditioning not work you can’t stand sleeping there soo bad and you will find some ladies stay in the hotel try to sell sex for money i mean not good idea for family stay and be careful if you plan to do party there

Lovely chilled family holiday staff excellent Location to taxi around I found it very good Bar pool area the kids loved it and due my stay it was quite and I loved it lol

The facilities are great. The staff went above and beyond. The room was very good for a family of three (executive suite). We were given access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and happy hour which was great, especially with a picky 5 year who always wants to eat.

The friendly service and professionalism of Hany and all the staff have been amazing.. kids loved the pool. Definitely coming back.

We spent 4 days in the hotel with the family and it was a very pleasant and comfortable vacation. The hotel is all renovated and has a lot of facilities to use (gym, sauna, hairdressers etc..) We booked the royal suite and it was super comfortable, also cribs were added for my 2 yr old babies to sleep. 3 outdoor pools are available for different age groups and what i liked is that the smaller pools were temperature adequate to kids. For Eid holidays, themed nights were organized on the beach section In addition, the manager of the hotel was always present making sure all was working as it is supposed to be I Highly recommend the hotel for family vacation trip
