I have booked this hotel for new year. The services are pathetic. They gave us the room in basement (such thing was not mentioned anywhere in our booking). The rooms were not clean, bed sheets were stained and washroom was stinky. The duvet cover was also uncleaned and smelly. I picked 3 hair from bed. Its not a good area for a family, saw fee hookers too. The payment was non-refundable otherwise I would have booked some other place. Not recommended at all!

Excellent , excellent excellent , Very friendly stuff u feel like family not like tourist . The hotel is very clean and tidy and smell very nice The food super clean and delicious Everything available in the room , 24 hours cleaning , hot water and heating , it’s the best hotel in Istanbul really if you are looking for excellent hotel and family stuff and perfect location , this hotel is your first choice , highly recommended and thank you for your beautiful hotel and nice service , all the best
