Titanic City Taksim

Really good location but our family room was a bit small and different to the pictures but other family members had good size rooms.

Excellent hotel with great location. Very clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Rooms are great for families with children. Overall very recommendable

I stayed 5 days in this hotel and just checked out today. I’ll start with the positive: - walking distance to Taksim and shopping areas - concierge was good - provided many personal care items - airport transfer for $40 The negative: - I mainly booked this hotel for the pool and the hot tub, both were in maintenance during all our stay and we discovered this by coincidence as we were getting ready to try it on with my kid. No one provided this information during our check-in. They didn’t offer anything to make it up for us until I asked, then they offered that I go use their spa one time in their other hotel 25 min away, transportation was on my expense. - We had to call 3 times to ask for extra pillows for my kid. - Receptionists don’t provide any info until you ask. We were provided 0 information on anything at all during our check in, he just handed us our key. 0 welcoming - The carpet is dirty and has stains I paid premium price to be able to enjoy my stay better but I got very disappointed because of the lack of service and consideration. I wish I had picked the other option I had on my list when I was looking for a hotel. There are much better options out there than this one.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and safe. Great location to see the sights. Taksim shopping is very close. Easy to get to other tourist attractions. Staff is superb. Made us feel like family. Şükran in housekeeping was an absolute joy.

Excellent customer service offered by all staff members. The hotel is 4 star with beautiful clean rooms. Tasty breakfast buffet with a nice variety and easy access to local restaurant and transportation. It is peaceful and quiet place to stay. Great place for families.

we arrived for a late checkin and the reception staff were not friendly at all. We had a child with us and kept us waiting. Then eventually one of the staff showed us to our room. one of the single bed was wet. The bed was then changed and this was already 1am. They then changed this for us. The beds were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. All i can say is staff need to be more friendly and this will improve customer satisfaction.
