Barcelo Istanbul

This hotel is stunning both inside and out, with a prime location adjacent to Taksim Square and other major tourist attractions in the heart of Istanbul. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to returning soon, not only to this city but also considering other locations for our next trip. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the service quality is exceptional. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the staff, particularly Manager Ms. Dilara, Front Desk Officer Ms. Simge, and Guest Experience Agent Ms. Hanieh, for their excellent care and hospitality. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Barcelo Istanbul for 8 nights with my family and the experience was truly outstanding. The hotel's location near Taksim Square is perfect for exploring the city. A special mention goes to Hanieh, the Guest Experience Agent, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism and dedication were evident from the moment we met here. Damla, the Cluster Assistant Reservation Manager, was also remarkable. She was always available to assist with any queries and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team, including Nurten, Fatma, and Haci, did an excellent job maintaining our room and ensuring it was always in pristine condition. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, thanks to the wonderful service provided by Amina and Noor. They were attentive and friendly, ensuring we had a pleasant start to our day. It was not family friendly hotel It was just ok because of location Would not recommend to anyone

Very good service from all the staff. Excellent customer care 👍 Breakfast had a lot choice and good quality. We stayed as a family of 4. And the manager especially made all the necessary arrangements with extra beds etc.

Rooms are old, I stayed at a junior suite. The west and tear is awful. Staff at the front desk are relatively rude, they charged me 50€ to have a guest come up to my room to have a drink. The guest was not going to stay in my room, I found this ridiculous ! I paid a premium rate, food was not too great. To be honest q fairly poor breakfast !

Amazing hotel .on my second check in i was upgraded to junior suite as gift for the hotel reception . I highly recommend this hotel for people who would like to stay close to taksim Square. staff was friendly and very helpful . Special thanks to(Sing,Sasan,bekir)for their kind hospitality.
