I have been traveling for the past twenty seven years and this was my fourth trip to Istanbul. Hotel Divan is a classy hotel, close to metro, lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean, good breakfast, beside the buffet guests can order other meals (Omelette, Egg Benedict, Veggie platters). The only problem that most guests don’t know that they can order other meals beside the buffet. The staffs were very helpful, professional and nice. I really recommend Divan to family, groups and individuals. My next visit to Istanbul I will definitely stay in Divan hotel again.

Service was exceptional with super-friendly staff and an inspirational. We even saw the Koc family vice president but we felt really bad that we couldnt meet him in person when he was there!
