The Radisson Hotel is in the heart of Old City, a vibrant part of the city. Our room was a bit tiny. The staff is friendly and super helpful. There are many restaurants nearby and plenty of stores. You can walk to the Sophia Grand Mosque if you don't mind the honking and bustling of Istanbul. Great for family.

Staff were excellent, except one person at the parking valet (the night shift person) was very bad to me and my family. He did not like us to park there in the garage, so he would tell me park your self but leave the key in the car. So, every night I would park the car my self, then he would move it to somewhere that no one can find the car. Every evening, if he is working he would not get our car but he would tell us to go and find your car so we had to look for it in 4 floors. This person is making everyone look like unprofessional at Radisson hotel .

The hotel was in a very good location. When approached the staff were helpful and polite, generally the hotel was clean but the rooms could do with a little more attention, the family room for three was adequate not exceptional! When items in the room were low or finished they were not replaced! I had an issue with someone knocking on my door in the early hours of the morning claiming to be room service, which I never asked for! I explained this to the staff at reception in the morning, I got an apology and was told that they would look into it, but nobody got back to me!

My family got 2 rooms for total of 4 people. The hotel in general is good and location is perfect near all old city attractions. Rooms were spacious enough (not huge, but also not very tight like other hotels). Room service was daily and on time and friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good and has all kinds of food. Only items we didn’t like are; one room had the fridge not working. We called to get it checked and they said they will send someone to fix it. We went out and came back at night, the fridge was as is. We didn’t bother to call again. The other room had a little leak behind the toilet. If they don’t work on taking care of such items, the hotel property will deteriorate quickly.

It was a very nice Hotel , near all attractions in Istanbul Breakfast was good . The swimingspool was very smal og when we were there there was a lot of children there . the rooms are very smal , they are not suitable for persons who are problem with going or movment and not for Obese people .
