Honestly - exceeded my expectations with the service, the room and location. I went with my wife and 2 kids (3 and 8) and honestly never felt safer, more relaxed and energised and Ottoman helped with that. Istanbul is big and I’m not a public transport kindda guy - therefore location is wise was great to grab cabs which were not too bad in terms of price.

The pictures shown of the suits vs what you receive is diferente. I had 2 senior suits reserved and when I get to the hotel had to change one of the suits to a Jr. suit because of the balcony and was charged as a senior suit when price is less . The pictures shown in the web of the junior suits is different of what received, sleeps 5 when only have 1 double bed, this is a total unacceptable info for the reality of the suit . Both suits I stayed in had 1 bed each and we were total 7 persones, 2 persons slept on the suits beds and 5 in extra small beds, what you see in the pictures is not what I get !

The hotel is a dry hotel no alcohol and wasnt advertised as dry, the hotel room walls are very thin and you could hear people talking and children screaming well past midnight, every night, breakfast was poor and not upto modern day standards, the staff were excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, the view was awful, the spa area we didnt use because you have to wear a rubber hat and you cant share the sauna with your wife, there were no good restaurants inthe close area or any bars, the centre (the bazaar) the roads were closed to the south which made getting to it difficult, generally the Fatih area is not serviced well with restraunts or bars, but the people are nice and there are lots of shops and mosques

I have to say this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The hotel was very grand, clean and we experienced a very high quality of service from all staff. Very child friendly and an added bonus of woman's only swimming pool and spa facilities. Tourist attractions close by and easy to get to via the tram service.

Check in was smooth, team was very friendly and wished us a happy Eid. Welcome chocolate for my children. Breakfast location and timing explained, she even convinced us to book an extra night before we’d even got to our room. Our luggage was taken to our room. Room was gorgeous. Enough space for a family of four. A lovely slice of cake as we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Complimentary water. Comfortable beds. Segregated swimming (ladies only pool) and unisex pool and gym. One of my favourite things about this hotel. theres eveb a separate lift to enter the women’s health club, buzzer and frosted door before entering. My kids had an amazing time, they even got to try the Turkish hammam. Can’t recommend enough - would definitely stay again! Received another cute gift on checkout for my daughter. Lovely staff. Beautiful hotel. Excellent facilities and amazing breakfast too. Public transport, many restaurants and Historia Mall all within walking distance.

Wonderful staff and service! Especially Umut and Salih. 10/10 highly recommend this hotel especially for families.
