I booked two rooms for our family. The first was very small and not the 25m2 advertised. The bed was right next to the corridor. The second was supposed to be twin but gave us a double. Next day we changed rooms and they charged me 40 euros per night rather than 30 euros for an extra bed for my daughter. Spa and swimming was good but mixed for men and women. I had to request a change of sheets and room clean as the bedsheets were not changed. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were the worst. Very unhelpful and with an attitude. The cherry on the cake was the return and accountability of room keys at check out. I have stayed before and so chose this hotel. I will not be returning.

Pros Very good location Cons Very dark. The hallway and rooms are equipped with motion sensors lighting. Very dark Charged extra for the kids

Our stay was a family gathering, 5 rooms for 6 nights. Rooms are very small. Beds are small for two persons and in some rooms beds level from floor is not have standerd height. Internet in rooms is vey poor, rather non existing. Cleaniless is good. Other services are just satisfactory

The hotel surpassed me and my families expectation. We had a lovely stay. Our room was spacious , clean and enough for me and my partner and baby. A cot was also provided. Breakfast was buffet style with a lot of options to choose from. I throughly enjoyed the fresh options and made to order omelet. The staff went above and beyond for my family in ensuring we had everything we needed. I want to also give a special thank you to Orhan, Fatima Basturk and Erfranur as their service was absolutely exceptional. They were so attentive and showed service that I have never seen before, the best service , world class service. çok teşekkür ederim :-)
