Kent Hotel Istanbul

Hotel is nice and renovated. Great location right in front of tram and walking distance to grand bazaaar. Rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet in morning is good - they change hot menu options around each day. Staff is courteous and helpful. Biggest criticism I had was that there is NO iron in the rooms. You have to pay for each article of clothing to be ironed for you. Logistically it’s extremely inconvenient when ur getting ready in morning with kids. Plus laundry service closes in evening, so if u need a dress ironed for dinner then good luck. Only reason I can think they don’t provide irons is to get more money out of you. For the cost of hotel, it should have been in the rooms. Will likely choose another place to stay next time due to this inconvenience alone.

Big family room

The Kent hotel near the Grand Bazaar is the absolute best hotel we've ever been, every time we are there we feel like family and the staff takes care of us very very well, even in this corona time its like home. Rooms are spaacious, bathroom clean everyday, breakfast is TOP and you ll feel that they really care about customers.
