I usually don’t write reviews but the exceptional service at Novel hotel has made me bound to write a review. Everyone at the hotel were very kind and helpful, from Serhat who was always ready to give us amazing recommendations for foods when we asked. Fatih and Aysenur-Noor who were ready to help us plan our next day with a smile. They all helped us to have a wonderful sahoor during our stay (we were there during Ramadan). They were all wonderful people who truly made us feel very welcome. Their hospitality will never be forgotten and we have already started to plan our next trip which will include our children.
