Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Denis, Go”zde, Abbas and Murat were always available to attend to any needs or requests. A good team work all over. I will visit again and will recommend to friends and family. Keep the good works you are all doing.

This hotel is outstanding in every way except for the size of the rooms. The location is steps away from the main sites of interest and numerous restaurants. The hotel is modern, bright and clean. The breakfast room and the food are highly enjoyable. Most importantly the owners set a tone of friendly hospitality and service. We highly recommend this family run hotel.

An excellent family-run small hotel, which is ideally situated for exploring the delights of Istanbul. The staff are very efficient and friendly, providing many excellent suggestions to ensure their guests’ enjoyment of the city. The breakfast is great - lots of tasty options. Clean, modern rooms with everything you are likely to need. The few minor niggles we had on arrival (safe being left locked by previous guests, temperamental air con) were immediately and cheerfully fixed. Thoroughly recommended.

Please be aware this is a foul floor hotel with NO ELEVATOR. There is someone who helps you carry your bags, but what if you could not go up the stairs. Rooms very very very small! The photos you see on Expedia are not reflective of the property. There is no terrace. Breakfast is less than impressive and is in a very small Gazebo with all the hotel guests around you- you can’t breathe. And it’s only from 8-10 and they do not replenish the food once it’s gone. The nicest thing about this hotel is the kid Abbas who Carries the bags upstairs and serves you breakfast and served you at the bar. One man operation !
