Overall we had a good experience. My room was hunted. Excellent location, parking was a plus!! I had a terrible experience with the breakfast restaurant. My family sat for 30 min waiting for coffee and to be noticed while the staff welcome others and gave them service first. It took 1 hr to get breakfast on the table. I had to get up and ask for a waiter because we were being ignored. I do not recommend eating at their restaurants. Try other places to eat. The food was not delicious.

The property was nice but the water pressure wasn’t great. The towels could use some fabric softener. There was a couple of bugs that look like baby roaches. Load noise from the vacuum cleaner at 4am.

This is the 4th time my family and I stay in this hotel. It has never disappointed us. There is no other hotel we would stay when we visit Guanajuato. You can't get closer to the city's center where all the entertainment is. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful at recommending attractions and dining options. Would highly recommend Posada Santa Fe!
