Egyptian cotton linens, wood floors, and spectacular daily service. The staff makes you feel like family, nothing is too much trouble for the entire staff to make your stay as delightful as possible. The included breakfast of your own choice is outstanding and elegantly served in the lovely dining room. The Captain and the waiters are helpful, attentive, pleasant, gracious, and proud of their hotel and their picturesque city. The chef prepares traditional Mexican food with a creative flair, delicious and beautifully presented. The cleaning staff is always smiling and goes beyond the call of duty. The people of Guanajuato are polite, soft spoken, friendly and helpful. What a delightful time we had in Guanajuato, GTO, at Alonso 10 Hotel Boutique and Arte. Will surely return!
