The Jane Hotel

For a smoke free establishment, many areas reeked of smoke. So the company that owns the hotel, is slowly killing you by allowing it. Reason to believe this place also is a home for transients (not the traveling kind). 4th floor - an oasis of slamming doors. From 8:45pm to 1:45 in the morning - the neighbors slammed, and I mean SLAMMED their door a total of 145 times. Yeah, im asking myself, well why? College kids with no manners? Who does that. Prepare to not sleep at all. I didn’t and I’m miserable now. Start interacts with you as if you are doing them a great disservice by even being there. The bell man during day was very pleasant though. Many who stay here seem like they have a silver spoon in their bottoms. But for 130 dollars it’s better than sleeping on top of a warm grate; or is it?
