Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers - Hotel and Residence

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport so a taxi is about 40 dollars. You can easily take the metro as the metro station is almost next to the hotel but if you just got from a long trip you just might want to take a taxi. The hotel shuttle is way overpriced!! We booked the executive room but the lounge was closed due to covid ( everything is an excuse for covid to not provide the best service) and the room was not what I expected. The bathroom is small and old. There is no separate check in due to covid ( again covid ) we had to ask for our Nespresso coffee machine and they never put new capsules in our room we had to ask every time. You get free tea and happy hour in a restaurant because the executive lounge was closed but the snacks they offered where the same every day???To my opinion the hotel is not 5 star and I don't think it is even 4 stars. We stayed in a accor airport hotel ( same family ) and that hotel was so much nicer and way cheaper but the location isn't where you want to stay for a longer trip. All in all I was disappointed with this hotel and will not stay here again.
