Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City

I will start from the easy part. The hotel is very good, excellent service. In the shower head at least half of the nozzels were plugged. Now to the case that caused me to rate only 3 stars. I chosed this specific hotel as it was published that they have a kosher breakfast buffet and I travelled with a kid that must eat kosher. I was fully aware that I will have to add money for this at the property, even that I included a continental breakfast. My first communication to the hotel regarding kosher meal was at September 23, when I booked the stay for February 24. No respond recieved. During the week before the stay, I wrote to the hotel again about kosher meal and for early check in. They answered after some time that they dont serve anymore kosher breakfast buffet and ignored my question regarding early check in. I wrote again to the hottel that I am already disappointed but they never read it. As the new information about missing kosher breakfast beuffet came 2 days before the trip, I couldn't cancel the booking or the breakfast. At the hotel I tried to solve it explaining that the kid cannot use the breakfast so at least will give us credit to order from room service which does have kosher menu, but the hotel refuses do so explaining it is a package from expedia and he cannot change it. I chat with the service of hotels.com and they just answered that I didn't canceled on time and I have no evidence that kosher meal was an option. Felt like no one really tried to solve it.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were incredible from the second we walked in to the second we left. Cannot recommend them enough. The view was stunning so was the breakfast. Really family friendly

An excellent hotel ! our family stayed 3 nights in two connecting rooms. the rooms were big and comfortable. The service was fantastic. The WiFi was very good. excellent location and comfortable free valet parking. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the Mall of Dubai, though the frequency is low and also ends relatively early (about 7 PM if I remember correctly) We got a high-floor (25) view of the Burj

Was very happy in this hotel. It was clean, nice staff, and the pool area was lovely. They need to enforce the adult/lap pool rules and not let young children into all of the pools. Also they allowed people to 'reserve' sun beds for hours with their towels which is simply not fair. Check in was a painfully slow experience at 2am, with long queues. Otherwise would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Convenient location in downtown Dubai to get to many places via taxi. Great pool and kids area.

Very high-end feel from beginning to the end of my stay. The environment outside is very peaceful. Hotel is located right beside a canal & there's a beautiful waterfall with light display at night at the nearby highway overpassing the canal. There's also the La Perle show right behind the hotel. Totally missed the show as they were closed during my stay. A few more restaurants & clubs nearby too. Tried the Turkish restaurant called Sirali, it's highly recommended! Such tasty food! The interior of the hotel from the lobby, the restaurants & the rooms are really nice, welcoming, comfortable & has a classy feeling. The staff (especially Receptionist Phoo) was really friendly & helpful. There was 1 occasion where a baby crib was suddenly placed inside my room which freaked my wife out a bit. We then called the staff to remove it. The staff didn't ring the door bell & just came into my room which kinda shocked the both of us again. The location of this hotel is pretty strategic as it is located only 10 minutes drive from the Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. It's situated right beside 1 of the main highways which is easily accessible to anywhere. There's also a free shuttle bus service to Dubai Mall & Hilton's private beach. Amenities provided are extremely good quality & mineral water bottles refilled everyday which remove hassle of buying water. Highly recommended hotel!

Slow check in after long trip, extremely crowded with tourist groups of boys that push and crowd lobby and elevator and hallways, not family friendly, slow service to room and skipping cleaning and even forgetting to send what was requested over the phone.
