Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga Residences

Loved our stay there! Will go again with our kids!

We liked the size of apartment and amenities inside specially washing machine comes handy after family desert or beach trip. Kids loved the pool also Breakfast variety was good too. Only draw back was funny smell in the apartment may be due to air conditioning and one of the toilet sink get blocked. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

We (my family and I) stayed two nights in a two-bedroom apartment and it was really nice. The apartment is huge, and has everything you need for a stay like this. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great with choices ranging from classic European to Middle east and Indian dishes. My only negative experience regards the communication with the hotel before our arrival. The web page says that you can arrive until 23:00 (11 pm), and we arrived one hour past midnight. Before arriving I would like to make sure if this was ok, and I wrote the hotel four times, but they didn't respond to any of these requests. That was a bit irritating. It turned out though, that late arrival was absolutely no problem - we were welcomed by a very helpful receptionist. Hence, other late arrivers can ignore the note about arrival until 23 pm. All in all a very nice hotel that I would recommend to others.

I Stayed Hyatt place Al Rigga with my family. Location is very good. Close to super market, restaurants, mosque and Al Rigga metro station is about 350 meters away. Only I think the front desk staff is not very professional and not friendly which is negative thing, otherwise everything is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay. Love to stay Hyatt Place Al Rigga again.
