Hera Cave Suites

Not friendly for family at all. The room booked was for 3 persons maximum. But we have 4 people. Although room is big enough, living room could be with extra bed, the hotel refused, pushed for the President suite, 500euros extra each day. Finally, we have to book another hotel room nearby. We have to spend the holidays there in separate hotels

We stayed 3 nights in the family cave suite. The location of the property relative to all the attractions in Cappadocia is second to none. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are unique in character (since you are in a cave ), very functional and comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the place is just great.the staff can arrange any activities for you in the area. We did both the north and south tours and loved both of them. Overall, I highly recommend the place.

Our family of 4 had an excellent stay in suite #301. A cave hotel is a unique experience and the staff made it special with the service. They helped us with tours, airport transfers and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was really good with a lot to choose from even for vegetarians. Rooms were very clean and good water pressure in the shower. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and interesting hotel with the highest level qualify of amenity in a very walkable and convenient location, just up one of the main arteries from central Goreme. I am a traveler of a certain age who no longer necessarily enjoys roughing it in hostels, etc. Hera Cave Suites offers 5-star quality amenities and is worth the price (higher than Turkish average). Great for families, and, yes, lots of fun given the composition of the structure. Really fun and beautiful space. I could happily live the rest of my life in the bathroom alone. The breakfast buffet was top-notch and much higher quality than most other hotels offer. Very good Turkish kahvalte a few inexplicable items on the menu, such as french fries and chicken nuggets. Service was also excellent, generally, however, our slightly less than perfect review on this aspect arises from the hassle we were required to initiate in order to eat our breakfast at a table outdoors rather than in the enclosed (it's a cave hotel, recall) breakfast room in which not a soul was masked. Hotel (pre-COVID, I assume) policy aside, the proper response to our request, should have been "Yes, of course." Instead, we got an argument requiring loud insistence on our part. We brought our own dishes back in only to have the hostess glare angrily at us when we did so. Some re-training of dining staff is required here. Otherwise, fantastic, will definitely be back for a longer stay. Teşekkürler!
