First the staff at Sultan Cave Suites were tremendous. We loved the people. The setup for this hotel was charming as it was integrated well into the surrounding geography and caves. We had reserved a junior suite and unfortunately, it was not up to par with our expectations. It was small, had one tiny window in the corner and was a dark hole in the ground. I get that the experience of living in a cave would be the point, but for a junior suite and what we saw from other rooms in the facility, it felt as if we were stuck in one of the last rooms because they were overbooked.

Sultan cave was an excellent choice stay from the moment we walk in the office staff treated us like family. (Wish I remember the young lady name she was really nice!) Great views! Make sure to visit the farm for breakfast! The restaurant on the property could improve on service especially at night.

Staff and service was amazing, the view is unbeatable. I saw the balloons take off right from my room and right outside the room. We had the family suite. One room didn’t have AC, but they provided fans.

Our junior suite was a two story room. Bedroom upstairs, toilet and bath downstairs. It was very inconvenient to go up and down the stairs esp if we want to use the toilet in the middle of the night. Breakfast area has a lot of flies. Breakfast was so-so. I like my stay last year at mithra cave hotel just next door. They had better bteakfast food w/out the flies. There really isnt much they can offer except the sunrise view. Seten restaurant was not that wow. It was just so-so. I expected more since they are known to be one of the best in capadoccia.

This was an amazing hotel. The family suite was incredible and very unique. The breakfast was an excellent buffet served in the upstairs restaurant with a fantastic view. I believe the view from their terrace is the best in the area. The staff was warm and very helpful. Definitely a wonderful place to stay in Cappadocia.
