Empire Cave Hotel

Hotel seems to be family run, friendly and helpful staff. No daily housekeeping and some items like lighting fixture need minor repair, but overall experience was good. Beeakfast was ok too. Hotel is in central area of cappadoccia, quite ambiance.

This hotel is located inland, about 15/20 minutes away from the busy coastline. It is immerse in nature and it’s only a few meters away from a stream. This makes the place very charming and relaxing. The room itself was a wooden bungalow which made the experience even more naturalistic. Of course everything was very clean. The owners have been super hospitable and made sure we had what we needed. We were traveling with two small children (about three years old) who absolutely loved the place (of course we kept an eye on them). Breakfast was set up outside on picnic tables, there was variety of fresh Turkish cheeses, some jam, fresh bread, olives, tea, cucumber and tomato salad. They also made us a nice omelette. I would definitely go back and I recommend it to anyone that wants a quiet and relaxing experience.

I've been to Cappadocia a few times but this was my first stay at Empire Cave. Really central location. The staff were friendly, with good recommendations for things to do. The room was lovely (although their pillows were not great... pet peeve) Overall I had a great visit and have already suggested it to my family.
