No11 Hotel & Apartments

Our room at No.11 was simply decorated with basic amenities but definitely ticked the boxes that mattered to us - a great location to explore and very affordable! The room itself was smaller than expected but we appreciated the little kitchenette and, for the price, we couldn't complain. For a couple in our early 30s with no kids, it served as the perfect base for exploring the city. Located right off Istiklal Street in Beyoglu, we were in easy walking distance to both Taksim Square and Old Town. Unlike Taksim Square, Istiklal Street is lively with plenty of great eateries, street entertainment and hookah places. There were plenty of premium dinner options close to us in Asmalimescit. All of the trendy shops and up and coming Turkish boutiques are located near Galata Tower which is also just a few mins away. And the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. On our last day, they allowed us to have a late checkout without a problem. The reception staff were present during day and left at night, which didn't bother us at all - Beyoglu felt perfectly safe at night. We enjoyed our stay at No. 11 Apartments. I'd definitely recommend this for a couple of independent travellers. Note: The hotel allowed smoking in rooms and we could smell it from our neighbours. Be mindful if you are sensitive.
